I grew up skiing and camping in Washington, but it was the military that took me deeper into the mountains—climbing, backcountry skiing, and traveling through wild terrain from the rugged Cascades to Mongolian deserts. Photography followed naturally, capturing the stories and landscapes I cared about. With a background in mountain warfare, instructing, photography, and outdoor education, I’m driven by a deep respect for the land and a desire to make these places accessible for everyone, and for generations to come.
